TPC is committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing group purchasing organizations and healthcare services.

Code of conduct. Every TPC employee, officer, and director is expected to act with integrity, avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidential member information, and comply with antitrust, anti-kickback, and Stark law requirements in all dealings with members and suppliers.

Group purchasing disclosure. Consistent with the Safe Harbor to the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 C.F.R. 1001.952(j)), TPC discloses administrative fees received from contracted suppliers to its members annually and upon request.
