The opportunity to talk with fellow Members, explore the TPC purpose and vision in depth, and evaluate new initiatives were the highlights of the recent Fall Classic Value Analysis Team (VAT) training event for TPC colleagues. By making time for discussion about strategy, Members came away energized and ready to tackle the 2018 work plan.
Seventy-one TPC Members met in-person to explore how they can best work together as a system to drive maximum financial value back to their respective organizations, explained TPC CEO Geoff Brenner in a message to the TPC board. He also said that this year’s gathering was extremely productive and successful, earning an average Member satisfaction rating of 4.7 (on a scale of 1 to 5).
The event was well-received thanks to roundtable discussions, great participation, motivated Members, and quality ideas. In addition, newer VAT members gained a greater understanding of all that TPC offers, and the ROI it provides its Members. Brenner and everyone involved were inspired to see individuals — from different organizations across three different states — work together with transparency, commitment, and enthusiasm.
