TPC Member Leadership Guides Company to Strong 2019

In any business, teamwork and collaboration are essential for success, and that idea has been part of TPC’s DNA from the beginning.

With 2019 coming to a close, TPC extends its gratitude and appreciation to our Member leadership, which been instrumental in the organization’s achievements. With the leadership and vision of these individuals, TPC has been able to accomplish so much in 2019!

Member-Led Programs Create a Culture of Collaboration

Collaboration is one of the driving values at TPC. We place a great emphasis on integrating many perspectives to find successful outcomes. All programs are Member-led and Member-driven, and, as a partnership among community-based hospitals, TPC Member organizations have the ability to work together as a single system.

For every TPC council, committee, taskforce or value analysis team, a Member representative serves as chairperson. These chairs lead efforts for these groups and work collaboratively with TPC members and staff.

The time and effort these chairs dedicate are to be celebrated, as they act as visionaries to enhance both financial and operational performance for the collective membership. Some of the responsibilities of these chairpersons include helping drive the mission and values of the TPC model, leading and facilitating meetings, and acclimating new members. They are often tasked with developing solutions to hard problems, and they do so with integrity and enthusiasm.
